We are looking for a customer oriented, caring RN that has experience in leading and supervising staff. As the Assisted Living Nurse Manager, you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility and accountability for carrying out your assigned duties. Responsible for providing direct resident care in accordance with established plans. Supervises facility nursing staff. Maintain ongoing communications with physicians concerning resident care. Provide supervision/counseling as needed to nursing staff. Assist nursing personnel to act in compliance with Cedar Crest policies and procedures and regulatory requirements. Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage. Monitor compliance with resident record documentation requirements, as directed. This is a Full-Time salaried position with on call rotation.
